Land speculators turned developers in Smyrna
Friday, September 22nd, 2006The September 22, 2006, Nashville Business Journal reports that a new 17,000 square foot retail development is coming along the Sam Ridley corridor by the Kroger, Publix and upcoming Home Depot. The retail development will be called Bella Place. The developers have been purchasing land along the corridor for twenty years, since Nissan came to town. As they put it “we got lucky.”
