Information for Investors
Here in Middle Tennessee we’ve begun to see some out-of-state investors entering the market. Why? Investors are looking for a market with affordable investment property available that has not capped out in appreciation. Based upon the business we’re seeing, folks seem to have decided that Middle Tennessee fits that bill!
If you are considering investing in Middle Tennessee real estate, give Terry a call. He enjoys showing potential investors around the area when they arrive in town. You can call when you get here, or call in advance to let us know you’re coming. We’ll introduce you to local mortgage brokers, and you may want to consider the loan option used by some other investors to make it possible to reduce your mortgage payment between tenants.
While you’re here, you can explore whatever interests you have, from golfing to antebellum home tours to Civil War battlefields to the Frist art museum. Oh, and did we mention the Ryman Auditorium and the Opry? Whatever your interest, you’re sure to have an enjoyable visit. We have four full seasons to enjoy and a variety of outdoor activities.
